Salon Policies

Fusion Guidance and policies.

If you are new to colour services in our salon please book a consultation to meet with your stylist and discuss your options.

  At this point we will give you a skin sensitivity patch test which needs to be performed  no later than 48 hours before your appointment and no earlier than 10 days before your colour appointment.

Cancellation policy.

We kindly ask that if you wish to cancel your appointment that you give us at least 48 hours notice. Any deposits paid for services will be forfeited if more  than 48 hours is not given. In the event that you do not attend your appointment you will lose your deposit and will be required to provide another deposit for any further appointments you book.
If you miss 3 consecutive appointments without contacting the salon to let us know you can not attend then unfortunately you won’t be able to make any future appointments with us.
We have put this policy in place out of consideration for our stylist’s and other guests as less than 48 hours notice is too little time for us to fill these missed appointment.

Lateness policy.

If for any reason you are running late for your appointment please call the salon 07106 28 1856 to let us know you will be running late.
We work hard to keep our schedules on time. It is often to the detriment of other guests if you are late as this will put us behind schedule.
If you are more than 15 minutes late we may have to reschedule your appointment and you may lose  any deposit which has been paid.

Deposits.

We will require a deposit of £20 for cut and blow dry services and a deposit of £40 for technical services. This is non refundable if you do not attend  your appointment or cancel with less than 48 hours notice.

Service Satisfaction.

If after your hair appointment you are not satisfied with your hair, we ask you to contact the salon within 7 days so can have the opportunity to meet and discuss your concerns. We value you as our salon guest and we endeavour to ensure you are more than happy with our service.If however you have just changed your mind on what you have discussed in your consultation then normal charges apply.
If you have tried to alter you colour or cut yourself or a third party has then this guarantee will be rendered null and void.

Gift Vouchers.

No refunds will be given for gift vouchers nor are they  redeemable for cash.
They are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost our stolen.
If your service or product is greater than the amount of your voucher then you will have to make up the shortfall by cash or credit card.
Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any special promotions discounts or coupons.
Vouchers cannot be sold on to third parties.
Vouchers can only be used in store.
